Our cuisine uses produce sourced exclusively from local suppliers and from our own garden, inviting you to fully immerse yourself in the authenticity of ancient Sicilian flavours, reinterpreted through a modern lens.

Authentic Sicilian Experience

Doric Farm

To embrace our zero-kilometre philosophy as fully as possible, we have planted almond trees, pistachio trees, olive groves and a small vineyard on the land adjoining the property. Under licence, we also cultivate the prickly pears of the Valley of the Temples, which we use to produce our own amaro. We are currently restoring a 19th-century farmhouse, which will host picnics and cooking classes for our guests.
