The card that opens the room door must also be placed on the plate of the driveway gate to open it.
Fitness center: is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Swim-up bar: open from 10.00 am to 7 pm
Ambrosia restaurant: Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10.00 am / lunch is served from 12.30 to 15.00 / light lunch snack menu available during the afternoon/ dinner from 7.00 pm till 10.00 pm
For the purposes of food hygiene safety, it is forbidden for customers to bring food or drinks into the hotel (EU Regulation no. 852/2004) if not authorized by the Management.
In public areas (except the pool), guests are asked to wear appropriate attire.
Room service: it’s possible to have breakfast served in your room with an extra charge of € 10,00 pp. Room service charge, either for lunch or dinner, is € 20,00 per person.
Swimming pool: open from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. The swimming pool is not manned by a lifeguard, therefore the kids has to be supervised by their parents. We supply one pool towel (that you can find in your room) per person per day: any additional towels can be provided at the cost of € 5,00 each.

Concierge service: transfers to and from the main airports, touristic sites and excursions
Check-out and room makeover: check-out has to be done until 10.30 am, if you would like to extend your stay, please let us know within a certain time. After the check-out it’s still possible to use all our services, upon request at reception (Bar, Restaurant, Swimming pool and changing room). To get help with your luggage you can dial number 9 from your room.
If your departure is scheduled before 7.30 am, we kindly ask you to set your bill the previous evening within 8.00 pm.
Private pool cleaning:we would like to inform you that private pool cleaning is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., so you will find staff in the relevant areas
If you stay more than one night and you do not wish your room to be make up or you do not want turndown service at the evening, please contact the reception.
For the appropriate functioning of the air conditioning system, we kindly ask you to check if all the windows are properly closed, otherwise the system will not work.
In your room you will find some items that you can buy at the reception (bathrobe 60,00 €; towel 30,00 €; umbrella 18,00 €; Kartell glass 20,00 €; Kartell tray 150,00 €; Caltagirone cup 30,00 €). Please note that any items taken directly from the room will be charged accordingly after the room has been inspected.
