Vineyard Culinary Experience

The experience begins with a leisurely aperitif, before inviting our guests into the kitchen to discover the art of making cuddriruni, a traditional Sicilian pizza with Pecorino cheese and anchovies, prepared under the guidance of our staff.

The freshly baked cuddriruni is enjoyed alongside a selection of authentic Sicilian flavours: grilled vegetables, fried eggplant, orange and tomato salad, olives, salami, primo sale, cavatelli al cartoccio, and parmigiana.

Water and wine accompany the experience throughout, while the final touch is a modern interpretation of the traditional Sicilian cassata, prepared together with our chef.
