Unfiltered cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil. The olive trees on our Farm for their organic adaptation ensure the production of an exceptional oil. We choose only the best olives of the biancolilla and nocellara varieties for our oil; cold pressing of the olives, selected and harvested with the best techniques, is a guarantee of unique organoleptic properties. Lightly fruity but not excessive in its acid note, its arome expresses delicate flavors that return to the mouth with a full, balanced and very pleasant taste.
